Request permanent deletion of your LendAxiom account

Three Ways to Delete

You can delete your LendAxiom account at any time. Pick whichever path is easiest for you:

Delete Without Signing In

Submit your account email and we will start the deletion process. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. We respond within one business day.

Helps us improve. Not required.

Request received. We sent a confirmation email to the address you provided. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for next steps. We will process your request within one business day.

Something went wrong. Please try again, or email support@lendaxiom.com directly with your account email and "Delete Account" in the subject.

What Is Retained, and Why

Some data is retained even after deletion because of legal or operational requirements:

If you want a complete export of your data before deletion, request it first from inside the app under Settings > Data Export, or email support@lendaxiom.com with "Data Export" in the subject.

Borrower Data

If you are a borrower whose information was added to LendAxiom by a loan officer, this page is not for you. Loan officer accounts are owned by the loan officer's employer. Borrower deletion requests are handled separately. Email privacy@lendaxiom.com with the loan officer's name or company and we will coordinate deletion within 30 days, subject to applicable mortgage record retention law.
