Three Ways to Delete

You can delete your LendAxiom account at any time. Pick whichever path is easiest for you:

• From the mobile app. Open the LendAxiom app, go to Settings, scroll to the Account section, and tap Delete Account.
• From the web app. Sign in at app.lendaxiom.com, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account.
• Right here, without signing in. Use the form below.

Delete Without Signing In

Submit your account email and we will start the deletion process. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. We respond within one business day.

What Gets Deleted

When we process your deletion request, we:

• Revoke all active sessions on web and mobile
• Remove your authentication tokens and push notification tokens
• Deactivate your user record so the email cannot be used to sign in
• Anonymize your name in audit logs (replaced with "Deleted user [id]")

What Is Retained, and Why

Some data is retained even after deletion because of legal or operational requirements:

• Loan pipeline records, messages, and call recordings belong to your organization (your employer or company), not to you personally. These remain in your organization's account according to its own data retention policy and applicable law. Mortgage records typically have multi-year retention requirements under federal and state regulation.
• Billing and payment history for the organization is retained as required by financial recordkeeping rules.
• Anonymized aggregate metrics (counts, totals) that no longer identify you may be retained for product analytics.

If you want a complete export of your data before deletion, request it first from inside the app under Settings > Data Export, or email support@lendaxiom.com with "Data Export" in the subject.

Borrower Data

If you are a borrower whose information was added to LendAxiom by a loan officer, this page is not for you. Loan officer accounts are owned by the loan officer's employer. Borrower deletion requests are handled separately. Email privacy@lendaxiom.com with the loan officer's name or company and we will coordinate deletion within 30 days, subject to applicable mortgage record retention law.
