How LendAxiom collects, uses, and protects your information
LendAxiom ("we," "us," or "our") operates lendaxiom.com, the LendAxiom web application at app.lendaxiom.com, and the LendAxiom mobile applications for iPhone and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, use our web application, or use our mobile applications, how we use it, and what choices you have.
By using our website, web application, or mobile applications, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
LendAxiom is a business-to-business customer relationship management tool for licensed mortgage loan officers. The loan officers who use LendAxiom are the end users of our platform. Borrowers and other contacts that loan officers add to the platform are not our direct customers; data about them is entered by the loan officer, on behalf of the loan officer's employer, and is used by the loan officer to run their mortgage business.
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or sign up for an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, NMLS number, phone number, and any other details you choose to provide.
Account and platform data. When loan officers use the LendAxiom web or mobile application, we collect and store information needed to run the platform, including borrower contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses), loan pipeline information (loan amounts, status, type, rate scenarios), messages sent and received between loan officers and their borrowers, notes added to leads, and call recordings and transcripts.
Usage data. When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the site. This includes your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and the page you came from. We collect this through Google Analytics (described below).
Cookies. Our website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device. We use them to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, though some parts of the site may not function properly if you do.
The LendAxiom mobile applications for iPhone and Android collect and process the following information to provide the service to loan officers:
The LendAxiom mobile application requests access to your device's Camera, Photo Library, and Microphone only when you actively use the corresponding features (taking or attaching a photo, or recording a voice note). The app never reads from these sources in the background, and you can revoke any of these permissions at any time through your device's operating system settings.
The LendAxiom mobile application does not access your device's Contacts, Calendar, Location, SMS history, or Call Log. All messaging between loan officers and their borrowers is routed through our backend servers and our messaging infrastructure, not through your device's native SMS or phone app.
When a loan officer places or receives a call through the LendAxiom platform, the call is recorded and transcribed by our calling infrastructure provider, Twilio. Loan officers are responsible for obtaining any consent required by state law before recording calls with borrowers. LendAxiom supports a configurable setting that plays a recording disclosure announcement at the start of each call; this is enabled by default.
Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to the loan officer and their team members who have been granted permission. Recordings are retained for 90 days by default or as configured by your administrator, and borrowers may request deletion of recordings involving them using the process described below.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use lendaxiom.com. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our site. We use this information only to improve the site.
Google Analytics places a cookie on your device to collect this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information to serve ads, and we do not combine your information with data from other companies for advertising purposes. We may share your information with:
We do not share borrower data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or analytics partners. We do not send borrower data to any third-party artificial intelligence or large language model service unless our customer (the loan officer's employer) has explicitly opted in to such features and the AI provider has agreed to contractually appropriate data protection terms.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request that we delete your information, we will do so within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are located in California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of your information (we do not sell personal information).
If you are a borrower whose information was added to LendAxiom by a loan officer and you wish to request deletion of your information, email us at privacy@lendaxiom.com. We will coordinate with the loan officer's organization to process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements that may apply to mortgage-related records.
If you use the LendAxiom mobile application, you can revoke push notification permission at any time through your device's operating system settings. You can disable biometric unlock in the app's Settings screen. You can log out of the app at any time, which clears the authentication token and cached data from your device.
You can delete your LendAxiom account at any time. Deletion is available in three ways:
When you delete your account, we revoke your active sessions, remove your authentication tokens and push notification tokens, and deactivate your user record. Loan-pipeline records, messages, and call recordings owned by your organization are retained according to your administrator's data retention configuration and applicable law (mortgage records often have multi-year retention requirements). If you want a complete export of your data before deletion, request it first from Settings > Data Export.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@lendaxiom.com.
LendAxiom is a business tool for mortgage professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
